Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance. By creating an account, buying aura, gifting, linking posts, requesting an Aura Mark, or otherwise using FarmAura (farm-aura.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Entertainment only. FarmAura is a private entertainment platform that ranks profiles by aura level — a playful metric of presence and style on this board. Aura has no monetary redeemable value, wages, prizes, or cash-out. The Service is not affiliated with any government and is not a gambling, lottery, or investment product.

3. Accounts. Registration uses email verification (Supabase Auth). You choose a public @handle and display name. An authenticator (TOTP) is optional but recommended; when enabled, we may require it for sensitive actions such as payments, Aura Mark requests, and account deletion. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your codes.

4. Aura purchases and gifts. Optional purchases add aura at a fixed rate of $1 USD = 50 aura. Minimums and packages are shown at checkout and may be updated. You may buy aura for yourself or gift it to another profile. Gifts may appear as “Anonymous” on the recipient’s public history if you choose that option. Ranking positions change when others farm or purchase more aura; that competition is the intended dynamic.

5. Post farming (spotlights). Adults may link public posts they own via connected TikTok or Instagram accounts. Current rates are: 0.005 aura per like when a post is first linked; 0.003 aura per new like thereafter; and 0.5 aura per day of passive farming while each active spotlight remains linked. Counts sync periodically. If reactions drop, aura from that source may drop. Unlinking a post removes the aura it contributed. You receive 5 free slots; each extra slot is sold at the price shown in the Service (default $50 USD).

6. Aura Mark. Aura Mark is an optional paid identity mark after human review. The fee is shown before payment (default around $49 USD). Aura Mark does not change ranking scores. The fee is non-refundable if the application is rejected, except where mandatory law or Stripe rules require otherwise.

7. Payments, refunds, and chargebacks. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases, slots, and Aura Mark are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law or Stripe rules require otherwise. Chargebacks or reversals may subtract previously credited purchased aura.

8. Public profiles and conduct. Profiles with aura greater than zero are public by @handle (name, avatar, aura level, Aura Mark if approved, and related history). Do not abuse the Service, commit fraud, engage in harmful scraping, or violate the law or third-party platform rules (including TikTok/Instagram terms when you connect them).

9. Account deletion. You may request permanent deletion from Account. Gifts already received by others may remain on their history as Anonymous. We may retain limited records when needed for payments, security, or legal compliance.

10. Limitations and contact. The Service is provided “as is” for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for ranking outcomes, third-party platforms, or payment processors. Disputes and support: support@farm-aura.com.
